International Day of Peace

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WHIRLED PEACE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I hope that many of you also had the opportunity to see Playing for Change on PBS last night. Musicians from countries all over the world, playing and singing together to promote peace and freedom for us all - believing that music can bring about that change. A couple of their songs are on my Video Venue.
As Michelle has pointed out today in her post, making peace in our own relationships is the place to begin.
I agree with you Bobbie and I did see some of the PBS show last night. Music does seem to have an impact on us all. It is raining and the leaves are falling fast here today. I guess summer is officially over and it seemed to go by so fast for me this year.Have a good week.
artistic style... nice! I agree with our opinion as music can bring changes. Let's love music together and bring peace all over the universe. Check out my entry too.
I missed that music show, darn. Got into a deep movie (The Reader) and didn't check the listings. I love your pinwheel. And I agree, make peace in our hearts first. Many spiritual teachers say that the world is just on out-picturing of what we have inside, so that's the place to start.
Love the row of pinwheels you shared and this post too. I followed your lead and shared about this at Sacred Ruminations on Sunday ... including a Peace Mosaic for Monday too ;--)
Thanks again ... I'll check out Caroline's Crayons too. Thanks for the tip and the link.
