The Cape May Lighthouse is located in Cape May Point State Park, NJ. I have posted so many pictures of the lighthouse that I have lost count long since. I do love this lighthouse, and the fact that it is so near to my home makes it very easy for me. This is the scene just below the light.

And this was how the lighthouse looked on that same morning, August 21st. If you enlarge the picture you may be able to make out the tiny figures of people waving to me.

A little earlier in the month I had been to the park, and the sky had a very different appearance.

A month earlier,, near sunset, I photographed the lighthouse this way. I think that I have posted this picture in my blog previously.

And in April, this was the picture it presented.
