Shadow Shot Sunday #40



If you visit Hey Harriet on a Sunday (or on a Saturday if you live Stateside) you will find many of us participating in Shadow Shot Sunday, with photos of all kinds of shadows.


Today I found shadows of the blinds on my front window, on the curtain, and shadows of the blinds on the side window, on the lamp shade, crisscrossing the pleats on that shade.

    Nice ... these are cleverly done, Bobbie ... I bet many people forget there are photo ops right in their own livingrooms!

    Aren't shadows wonderful? yes, livingrooms are probably the last place a person would look for a shadow, brilliant!

    Interesting shadows against the lamp shade. Since playing SSS I look for shadows everywhere!

    It's so interesting to see the horizontal shadow lines crisscrossing the vertical lines of the curtains and shades.

    You have much better luck than I taking pics of shadows indoors. I can never seem to get mine to look as wonderful as both your shots!

    Great shadows found around your home. Love the crisscrossy shadow pattern on the lampshade, and it really pops out against the black background in the second photo. Almost looks like the lampshade is floating through the room! Have a lovely Sunday :)

    Wonderful shots!
    I like that the shadows in your first photo are part of the image not the image itself. Not sure I'm saying that right. :)
    The lampshade shadows are quite different.
