Traveler, the path is nothing more than your footsteps;
traveler, there is no path, a path is made as you go.
You make the path as you go, and on looking back
you see a trail that never can be walked again.
Traveler, there is no path, only a wake in the sea.

Shadow Shot Sunday #73
Shadow Shot Sunday is hosted by Tracy, at Hey Harriet. We love it, Tracy! Thanks!
My garden continues to supply me with shadow shots. The asters need to be staked up, but lying as they are they do make nice shadows.
Lovely .. my little impatiens and begonias continue to bloom .. I don't have the heart to toss out living spring/summer plants just to put in some more fall like ones
What beautiful shots..It is funny,we have wild asters all around and I put up two shots the other day. Wonderful morning glories too..Great shadows. Happy SSS.
The shadow of the asters is complex and as full as the flowering plants. The shadows are changing as the season and the differences in the sun's angle. So expansive shadows from the Southerly light are expansive as well. Nice captures!
Bobbie, love the morning glories. My wedding cake was decorated with this flower! I love the play of light and shadows. My backyard trees are finally big enough to cast shadows on my bedroom curtains and I love the effect! Very nice photos.
