Traveler, the path is nothing more than your footsteps;
traveler, there is no path, a path is made as you go.
You make the path as you go, and on looking back
you see a trail that never can be walked again.
Traveler, there is no path, only a wake in the sea.

Shadow Shot Sunday
It's Shadow Shot Sunday, and thanks to Tracy of Hey Harriet for hosting.
Today I found a shadow behind a cute little scarecrow.
They are both wonderful shadows and good protection from the ghost and goblins this time of year. The witch protects the inside and the cat keeps watch outside... :D
This scarecrow is not scary at all, but leaves an impish look in itself and the shadow, too. What can we say about a relaxing cat? The lump of his shadow shows us that a cat's life is of luxurious laziness. even so, a fine looking feline!
That is a cute scarecrow! My neighbours cat was hanging around my house also today. I think he finally went home. Unless he's culred up somewhere out of view now...
Hello! Love the scarecrow shot. If only we could all walk around with a smile. And take the time to enjoy some simple pleasures in life. Like soaking up the warmth of the day. Lisa
By the way, I am trying to generate some support for our daughter. We entered her into a Smile Contest, and was wondering if you could please vote for her (just once), the contest runs until October 31st. Your vote would be so much appreciated.
