Daylight Savings Time

Is that not the stupidest idea ever? It does not "save" anything at all. Much as I hate the idea, don't forget to push your clock ahead an hour, or you will find yourself late for everything.

I'm good about the clocks in the house, but I always seem to forget the clock on the car dashboard. I'll get around to it in a few days, after I frighten myself several times, thinking I'm late for an appointment.

  1. Most people here would agree with you about setting the clocks up and back. Crazy stuff comes from crazy minds.

  2. It must be a hassle to be changing all your clocks! I never have that hassle because here in Queensland we don't have daylight savings. I believe we are the only State in Australia that doesn't have it. It confuses our cows is the reason why :) Have yourself a great week with all that extra light you'll be having. Or saving? I guess the cows are not the only creatures to be confused... ;D

  3. I may be the only person alive who likes it. I like having an extra hour of daylight in the evenings. I will admit to not liking it much THIS morning!! LOL

  5. I hate it too.
& I forgot to set my clocks last night and I had planned on leaving the house at 8AM this morning!
Staring at my clock at ten to seven this morning, I suddenly remembered and realized it was ten to eight! miraculously, I made it to where I had to go & I was just a few minutes late.

  6. We don't have it here in AZ-but it's totally confusing to remember what time to call our East Coast friends!
