It's far from perfect. But it has been passed at long, long last!

We've heard the opposition tell us over and over that "the people" were against it. I am "the people", as are millions of others who are now daring to hope again that our needs just may be met sometime in the near future. I think that the surveys spoken of by the opposition must have been very selective.
