Happy New Year everyone!
I'm starting the new year by cheating a little. I did not take these pictures - my son-in-law took this one, with a cell phone camera. I find this amazing, because it is so clear and beautiful. Must be a really great cell phone! He lives in California, and this is a yucca-agave in bloom, with a beautiful sky overhead. Thanks, Mike.
On the other hand, a few days later - Christmas Day to be exact, my daughter took this picture, also near their home. Thanks, Kitty. Even in sunny California, the skies can change drastically.

The Yucca just starting to flower and very turbulent, great volume of clouds gathering up the Californian sky, are a beautiful contribution to SWF.
