New Hummer Chick

    Hi! This is sooo exciting. I went to the site and papa was sitting on the nest. He left and I couldn't tell which end of the baby I was looking at. Then it's little head popped up. How cute. Papa came back to feed. That was kinda scary. He had half his beak in baby's throat. Lisa

    Glad to have some good news - there's only one chick (the larger) in the Hornby nest now, and a suspicious-looking gray lump off to the side...
