Shadow Shot Sunday



Shadow Shot Sunday is always hosted for us by Tracy, at Hey Harriet in Australia. Their Sunday is only Saturday in the U.S.

As the sun was setting the other day, I looked out of my front door, and saw a little house across the street decorated with a sort of golden glow and what I thought were some lovely shadows. Don't you agree?

    It is a lovely cottage, and it seems in the right place near the beautiful Jersey Shore. The shadows left by the sunset add a nice character to the abode. It is interesting that the snow has departed, but just as well - it seems warmer when the frozen precipitation is unseen...

    First of all, I like the lil house. Very neat & simply. Secondly, it's not just lovely. The patterns from the tree are well captured on the walls and the shifting colour of the sky is just marvelous.

    Lovely shadows of the bare branches across the front of that house across the street and lovely skies too. LOTS of sunshine where I live, so I’ve shared A Mosaic of Neighborhood Shadows at Sacred Ruminations and ‘Critter Shadows’ at Small Reflections.
