OK. I guess this one has to be found under "Sunday Funnies". It came to me by email, and I enjoyed it so much I wanted to share it.
It may be that I enjoyed it because I worked for so long in Land Use for our local municipality. I hope that those of you who have not had any connection with this sort of occupation will see as much humor in it as I do.

The sad part is, it is all true. What one must go through to do anything to their property today is sad and expensive. By the time they get through the government red tape, they don't have enough money left for improvements. Lisa
