On Mellow Yellow Monday, Drowsey Monkey hosts this meme. I thought it would be quite a challenge, but I soon found that YELLOW is everywhere, and always lifts my spirits.
Living at the shore, as I do, there seems to be a popular theme going on. Mermaids! In West Cape May I found this sign posted along the road.
It is at the end of the driveway beside this gift shop.

Loved the mermaid sign, I have never seen one either.
That Jheronymus Bosch painting is really fascinating. I only showed the central panel with a detail of the left one. In the Prado Museum in Madrid there is another painting of his, perhaps even more complex, "The Garden of Delights". I can spend hours looking at it.
I have never seen a sign quite like that! And adore the idea in the front of the little shop!

That's quite the sign, but I think they should have given her a wheelchair, a la Bette Midler - would make crossing the road out of water a lot easier!! Would love to peek in that shop, too!
