SKY WATCH FRIDAY

`
Went exploring Tom's Sky Watch Friday site. I like it! Decided that it might be interesting and fun to try.

This is probably my favorite of the many pictures I have taken of the Cape May, NJ Lighthouse, where the ocean meets the bay - and all because of the sky behind it.

The Sky Watch site that Tom hosts listed more than 150 people participating last week! This is amazing! And most of them have really exciting pictures. What a great project.

Thanks to everyone, but before my head grows too big with all these comments, I have to remind myself, with 160 crazy photographers entered in this project this week, it really isn't surprising that several of them decided to look at the picture the newby entered. I know that I visited at least 20 of theirs. It's fun!

bobbie, I like the lighthouse photo very much but your daughters pic of your grandson is priceless. What a heartbreaker he's going to be. I've read all the way down to where I left off. Good stuff.
Longfellow hadn't started writing yet when I was in school...well at least not that I remember.

Very beautiful photo. Lighthouses threaten to become things of the past so I'm happy to see how you've documented them!

Welcome to Skywatch!
