Mellow Yellow Monday #35

Drowsey Monkey hosts Mellow Yellow Monday for us. Thanks very much! Go on over and see the pretty pictures!

Two of my daughters have beautiful yellow flowers in their gardens this year.
First, Kitty is growing fennel.

And Rita is growing sunflowers along her fence.

Sunflowers, of course - perfect for MYM. Fennel has such a delicate flower structure. It always looks like lace to me...nice choice.

Sunflowers ALWAYS make me smile, but your last photo of this flower through the fence will stay with me a while. My Mellow Yellow post is at Sacred Ruminations this week ;--)
Hugs and blessings,

Both daughters seem to have a green thumb. :)
Sunflowers have always been a favorite of mine but I keep forgetting to plant any.
I'm so glad you posted the fennel. I did not it looked like this. It reminds me of Queen Anne's Lace dressed in yellow. This I will go buy.
