Sky Watch

One more old-timer. I took this picture on a freezing cold January morning, down in Cape May, in 1982. The beauty of the sunrise over the ocean made it well worthwhile to struggle out of bed so early on a cold morning. I'm not so sure I could do it today, but back then I was young and foolish.

With thanks and appreciation to Tom and Jane, and to Sandy and Imax, all of whom help to make Sky Watch work. Please visit some of the other participants and enjoy their photographs.

Interesting that the sky doesn't look cold. mmm. Maybe I need to go back an ook more closely. Whatever, it's a gorgeous sky!

Don't take this the wrong way, but I am glad you were foolish. This is beautiful. Up close the water is like a lake, but in the distance, it looks kind of rough. Lisa

Thanks for your kind words this Friday morning.
I was just so overwhelmed earlier by everything that I read.
I think you are correct.
All I can do is pray and hope that people everywhere will come to their senses.
