Camera Critters #32

It's time for Camera Critters again. Misty Dawn host
s this meme for us every week. Thank you very much, Misty. We all enjoy it very much.

Last week I had just posted my Camera Critters, and was wondering what I might do this week. As I was leaving the parking lot of my bank, I heard quite a racket going on. I looked up, and found the trees along the road were suddenly filled with birds. I guess we've all seen - and heard - this phenomenon at this time of year, but I always find it fascinating. So, here are my critters for this week.

There have been flocks of birds around my home as well. Here are photos I took of a house on the other side of the street from my house.

The Birds! That movie really was scary to me! That's what I thought of looking at the photos swarming your house! Were you boarding up the windows?

Ah yes - a very familiar sight. They certainly do cause a racket, don't they? Those two shots of the birds in front of the house are awesome!

What a of of birds!!! Blackbirds? Grackles? It looks like spring, but there no question there for winter is on its way; but, "if winter comes, can spring be far behind?" I think it was Shelly who wrote that.

Whow very Hitchcock. Excellent shots! We've been seeing lots of flocks of various birds around here. Must be getting ready to head to warmer climates.

I love the energy that a huge flock of birds provides. They always arouse and raise my Spirit.

Oh, Bobbie, I love this phenomenon too! Right now we have starlings fueling up for their journey and I can never get enough of their graceful 'swirlings'.
[p.s. Shame on the hatemongers in our country! I'm upset about the Obama threats. Sigh...thanks for listening.]
