Kind of Amazing

I got this by email from a friend. I think it just shows you what some people can accomplish, after being "made to feel small" by some stupid teacher.

Just click on this:

It's too bad that the gentleman didn't find another teacher along the way who could teach him to read and write. But it obviously didn't slow him down too much.

Well, without doubt that truly is the strangest, most incredible thing I have ever seen!

Fantastic! I have trouble imagining how small they really are and how he can do it.

I have never seen anything like that and feel so astonished at his patience, talent and perseverance. It would be delightful to see his work in person someday!

As a teacher, I feel it is our job to find and nurture the talents of our students-whatever they may be-not just strong-arm them toward reading or math. It is sobering to think that one thing that we say might, could and will affect a child for his/her entire life.

This is too, too amazing! You can hardly believe that he's able to do this with homemade tools. Wow! WOW! Thank you for sharing.
