Creative Photography - July 3
Roger's Creative Photography is a fun thing to do. There is no particular theme, so you have the freedom to - well - to be creative.
One of my favorite places to wander with my camera is Leaming's Run Gardens. It's a beautiful wooded area, with lovely gardens in clearings in the woods along the way. While there some time ago, I found this picture waiting to be taken .
I find spider webs fascinating. I especially love to watch them being constructed, but this one was already finished - and so beautiful, sparkling with dew.
If you go to Roger's site you will find a list of participants who have some really wonderful entries waiting for you to see.

That is just beautiful.
I love seeing them with the dew.
I almost feel guilty when I have to break them on my patio.
This is a great capture! I love nature photos.
Good luck in the contest!
I'm fascinated with spider webs too though I'm not a fan of walking through them *lol* A wonder how they can spun their web so beautifully.
Happy 4th of July!!!
Wow this is lovely.
I too like to look at spider's webs but from a bit of a distance. :)
Nice photograph!
Oh, just remembered. There's this black and yellow garden spider (don't know his full name) and he makes his webs from top to bottom... vertical lines and designs. It's amazing to watch.
I am thinking of lace when I look at your photo. Isn't it so totally amazing how some creatures are programmed with the ability to create such beautiful, delicate, intricate work. How can a person not be in awe of nature?
I love spiders!! this web is beautiful, has a Batman or winged thing going for it
the opening for the tree branch is astounding to me
we've been following each other through the CP links - how funny is that, we must be on the same schedule today :)
I love spider webs too. Mostly from viewing point, not so much walking into them or the spiders that make them.
This is a great shot for Roger's contest.
I love the angle on this one, Bobbie - just beautiful!
What a great capture, I really like it. I've been walking through a lot of spider webs lately but I haven't seen any as pretty as this. Thanks for sharing.
Oh my, this is really a wonderful photo Bobbie! It does look like lace with the dew on it. I wonder if they are like snowflakes, no two are the same? Very nice entry! Good Luck!
Blessings,
Kimmie
creepy, i would have freaked if the owner was at home in that beautiful mess.
great capture, love how its weighed down by the dew.
It looks like the most delicate of angels. Beautiful.
Hi, Bobbie! Great shot - they're not easy to catch like that, with dew and great lighting!
I love your pictures of the Monterrey area; I have wonderful memories of our visit. :)
Thanks for sharing!
Your web image is exquisite, Bobbie, and your blog is a joy. Thanks for your visit and comment. It has led me here and I hope to be stopping by often. It's a very familiar and comfortable place!
That is a FANTASTIC photo. Where I'm from we used to get these huge banana tree spiders . . . they were about 4 inches from top of toe to bottom of toe and had yellow feet. Anyway, they made fantastic webs that remind me of this photo.
Thats cool, thank you for your Creative Photography submission.
Very creative shot. I love spider webs..cool!
Scrapbooking and Photography
How do spiders create their webs in such perfect symmetry? It is amazing how they don't think about their art, just creating it.
Nicely shot! Very beautiful colors!
My SWF Photo is posted HERE.
Hope you could drop by as well. Happy weekends!
This spider work is a great shot too!
Where can I find a similar specimen. You make all in Great in AMERICA.
